Vinification

Mechanized picking and de-stemming.

Pre-fermentation at low temperature.

Aging in oak barrels for 12 months.

Light filtering before bottling at the estate.

 

Tasting

Bright cherry color.

Intense nose of red fruits, with hints of spices and delicate oaky aromas.

On the palate, soft tannins and a long finish.

 

Food pairing

To be served around 16°C with south-west dishes, red meat and cheeses.
